In our day we often repeat very similar movement patterns, especially during our working week. The repetitive nature of how we move can at times cause pain and fatigue and overload structures. Often what we need is some time in our week to reverse these repetitive postures and allow our bodies to experience postures that allow for a full range of movement and allow our spines to move in all the directions it is was designed to.
Ericka’s classes aim to increase mobility of joints, flexibility of muscles and fascia and strengthen muscles that promote posture. The classes encourage mindfulness with movement with the intention of increasing general body awareness, general well being and help support symptom relief.
Classes allow for individual attention with an option of either 1 on 1 session or bring a friend or family member. It is a therapeutic experience that will leave you feeling like you grew a whole inch taller.
